VISA REQUIREMENTS AND INVITATION LETTERS
Documentation and requirements needed in order to entry Italy vary depending on where you are from.
For this reason we recommend you contact your local Italian Consulate or Embassy for more information on these requirements.
More details can be also found on the website of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs.
An official invitation letter can be sent by the Organizing Committee upon request.
This letter does not involve any commitments by the Congress Organizers to cover fees, accommodation,
travel expenses or other costs connected to the participation in the Congress.
Invitation letter is not intended in anyway as confirmation of registration.
